Review by hotel critic
During my recent visit to Sole, I had the pleasure of staying at a family-run hotel that offered a delightful culinary experience, right by the wave kissed shores. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality from the reception team, who were genuinely eager to assist with my needs. The restaurant truly stood out during my stay. Breakfast was a hearty affair; I found myself indulging in a fresh spread of locally sourced ingredients, from vibrant vegetables to a selection of fruits that provided a wholesome start to my day. One of my favorite moments was dining outdoors on the terrace, where the inviting ambiance was enhanced by the subtle sea breeze. Not to be missed, the hotel's recommendation to visit the Carpe Diem pizzeria turned out to be a highlight. The rustic charm of the eatery complemented the delicious meal I enjoyed there, making it a perfect choice for an evening bite. The hotel's proximity to transportation was practical, offering easy access to explore the surrounding areas. I can only imagine how lively and bustling this destination gets during peak season. With a stunning view, friendly service, and excellent value-for-money, this hotel is a solid choice for any traveler looking to unwind and savor local flavors.
